Implementing an e-commerce model at VR Electric UAB through process re-engineering and digitisation
VR Electric UAB has started the implementation of the project "Introduction of e-Commerce model in VR Electric UAB through process reorientation and digitisation" No 13.1.1-LVPA-K-860-01-0084, financed by the European Regional Development Fund.The aim of the project is to introduce information technologies to manage business transactions electronically in order to increase revenue growth.
Project budget: EUR 66.550,00, of which the EU share: EUR 49.912,50. Funded by the European Regional Development Fund as part of the European Union's response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Project implementation period: February 2022 - February 2023

The company not only has experience in these areas, but also a loyal customer base and is committed to further expanding it by providing quality services, goods and works to the market. The aim of the project is to introduce an e-commerce model in UAB ,,VR Electric", enabling the company to increase its competitiveness and revenue. The project will invest in an e-commerce model. The project will digitise the company's online activities and introduce a customer self-service system. The self-service system will be designed in line with current market trends and customers will access the self-service solution directly from the website by registering and logging into the self-service. The company's customers will be able to use the self-service system remotely and purchase the company's services. The project's expected results are that the e-commerce solutions implemented will be unique and innovative for the company. All the solutions needed/useful for the company will be developed and implemented on the basis of the latest technologies, which will allow for a high quality and efficient delivery of services to customers, and a more convenient and easier customer self-service path.
